| Kiwi and Onuga Canapés |
Ingredients
2 kiwi fruits
1 small pot of very thick natural yoghurt
50g jar of Onuga |
Method
Peel the kiwis, if preferred, and cut into slices.
Place a teaspoon of yoghurt on each slice and top with Onuga. |

| Oysters and Onuga |
Divide 50g of Onuga between a dozen fresh oysters on half their shells. Arrange them on crushed ice and serve with lemon juice or Tabasco. |

| Quick Bites |
Top melba toast, crackers or crisp bread with soured cream or cream cheese, smoked salmon and a generous serving of Onuga. Serve with drinks before dinner.

| Cheat's Starter |
Heat 16 ready-made blini in the oven and top with soured cream or cream cheese, smoked salmon and Onuga. Serve as a starter with drinks before dinner and save on the washing up! |
